These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CommandWatch, a security camera monitoring service ("Service") operated by Endeavor Advanced Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
CommandWatch provides real-time monitoring, alerting, and status dashboards for Verkada-based IP camera and security device installations. The Service interfaces with the Verkada API using credentials provided by your organization to surface device status, deliver email alerts for offline or flapping devices, and provide operational tooling for facilities and IT staff.
CommandWatch is intended for use by authorized personnel at subscribing organizations only.
Access to the Service is provisioned by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in ways that harm the Service or other users.

CommandWatch connects to the Verkada platform using API credentials provided by your organization. Your organization is responsible for ensuring that the use of such credentials complies with your agreement with Verkada. We are not affiliated with Verkada Inc. and assume no responsibility for Verkada's service availability, data accuracy, or API behavior.
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to provide Verkada API credentials and to connect your organization's camera infrastructure to the Service.
We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure including Verkada's API, SendGrid for email delivery, and cloud hosting providers. Downtime caused by third-party services is beyond our control.
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time, with or without advance notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or its servers are free of harmful components. Alert delivery (email, SMS) is best-effort and dependent on third-party services.
CommandWatch is a supplemental monitoring tool and should not be relied upon as the sole means of security monitoring for your facility.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENDEAVOR ADVANCED SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOUR ORGANIZATION TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endeavor Advanced Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll notify administrators by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
