CommandWatch SMS Opt-In

For carriers / A2P reviewers: CommandWatch is an authenticated B2B camera-monitoring product from Endeavor Advanced Solutions. Accounts are invite-only. SMS is optional, transactional only, and never used for marketing. Live opt-in happens inside the authenticated app, so this public page documents the exact consent flow and shows the opt-in UI used at signup / user management.

CommandWatch sends optional SMS only to organization users who have a mobile number on file and have explicitly opted in. Messages are event-driven alerts about monitored Verkada cameras/devices (offline, recovery, and optional status recaps), not advertising.

2. How end-users consent (message flow / CTA)

  1. An organization administrator invites a user to CommandWatch by work email.
  2. The user accepts the invite and creates/activates an authenticated account at https://www.commandwatch.app/login.html.
  3. During user creation or edit in CommandWatch User Management (admin flow), or when an authorized admin updates the user profile, a mobile phone number may be entered.
  4. SMS is not enabled by default. The administrator or authorized user must actively select the SMS alerts checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
  5. Organization-level SMS must also be enabled under Settings (global master switch).
  6. Only after both the global SMS switch and the per-user SMS opt-in are enabled does CommandWatch send SMS to that number.
  7. Users may opt out at any time by disabling SMS in CommandWatch, asking an administrator to disable it, or replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
